REZONING LAND FROM
Agriculture to Ag. Residential
ORDINANCE NO. 3 b 3 (9 a-
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of LARRIE
QUAM; with the following description:
That certain parcel of land located in the SE 1/4 of the SW
1/4 of Section 1, T3ON -R17W, Town of Erin Prairie, St. Croix
County, Wisconsin, more fully described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 1, thence
S 88 ° 57'59 "E (assumed bearing on the South line of the Southeast
1/4 of said section 1) a distance of 1313.40' to the POINT OF
BEGINNING, of the parcel to be herein described; thence N
00 ° 11'46 "W 1304.63' on the West line of the Southeast 1/4 of the
Southwest 1/4 of said Section 1; thence S 88 ° 47'08 "E 236.88' on the
North line of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of said
Section 1; thence S 03 ° 18'25 "E 20.31'; thence S 52 ° 48'25 "E 348.79';
thence S 26 ° 17'29 "E 271.45'; thence S 32 ° 01'00 "W 373.83'; thence S
03°01'00"W 373.00W; thence S 03 ° 08'13 "W 373.45'; thence S
11 ° 20'49 "E 146.08'; thence N 88 ° 57'49 "W 441.80' on the South line
of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 1, to the POINT OF BEGINNING,
containing 14.047 acres, being subject to easement over the
Southerly 33.00' thereof for town road purposes and also being
subject to easements of record.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the above parcel is
rezoned from Agriculture to Ag. Residential.
