Records in the rezoning file indicate that the legal description contained in Ordinance No. 307 (92) was incorrect. The correct legal description is as follows: Beginning at a point 99 rods and 10 links East of the Southwest comer of Section Twenty -nine (29), Township Thirty -one (31) North, Range Sixteen (16) West on the Section line between Sections Twenty -nine (29) and Thirty -two (32); thence running due North 12 rods; thence East Eight (8) rods and Four (4) links; thence South 12 rods; thence West Eight (8) rods and Four (4) links to the Place of Beginning. Parcel contains approx. one (1) acre. January 12, 2001 I, Sue E. Nelson, St. Croix County Clerk, do hereby certify the foregoing legal description is a correction to Ordinance No. 307 (92) . The corrected legal is attached to the Ordinance on file in the County Clerk's office. .�.. ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17, ST. CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE REZONING LAND FROM AG.- RESIDENTIAL TO COMMERCIAL ORDINANCE NO. 30 7 (c' WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St. Croix County Planning and Development Committee; and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee is to review petitions,, hold public hearings, and present its recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for action; 'and WHEREAS, the'St. Croix County Planning and Development Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of CYLON CEMETERY ASSOCATION /DONALD & BETH ANN ARVOLD; with the following description: Beginning at a point ninty -nine (99) rods and ten (10) links East of the Southeast corner of Section 29, T31N -R16W, Town of Cylon, on the Section line between Sections twenty -nine (29) and thirty -two (32); thence running due North twelve (12) rods; thence East eight (8) rods and four (4) links to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Parcel contains approx. one (1) acre. THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the above parcel is rezoned from Ag.-Residential to Commercial.
