WHEREAS,
the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Development Committee to act in all ma pertaining
to county planning and zonin and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
St. Croix CountyPlanning and Development Committee; and
WHEREAS, at th e request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezo requests t the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croi County Planning and Development
Committee has fulfille its duties regar the pet of DANIEL
SIMONSON;
with t fo llowing description:
That cert parcel of land loca i the Southwest 1/4 of
the Northwest 1/4 of Section 1, T28N -R18W, Town of Kinnickinnic
St. Croix County, Wisconsin, more fully described a follows;
Commencing at the northwest corner of said Section 1, thence
S00 48'45 "W 1416.30' to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the following
described parcel; thence S01 ° 03'05 "W 124.71'; thence 'S88 ° 12'10 "E
70.00'; thence go S01 ° 03'05 "W 158. thence S88 ° 12'10 "E 430.00';
thence NO1 ° 03' -5 "R 283. thence N 88 ° 12'10 "W 500.00' to the
POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 3.00 acres, ore or less, being
subject to easement over the W 33' of the Northerly 124.71'
thereof for Town Road purposes, also including a 66' easement for
ingress and egress adjacent to the North line of the above
described parcel, commencing at the Northwest corner of said parcel
and running Easterly 100'. (For purposes of this description all
bearings are referenced to the North line of the Northwest 1/4 of
Section 1, T28N -R18W, assumed N90 ° 00'00 "W)
THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the above parcel is
rezoned from Ag. Residentia t Commercial.
