REZONING LAND FROM
AGRICULTURE TO AGRICULTURE DISTRICT TWO (A -2)
ORDINANCE NO. 0/6 (
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining
to county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
St. Croix County Planning and Development Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning and Development
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of KEVIN
ZIMMERMAN; with the following description:
A parcel of land loated in the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section
8, T29N -R16W, town of Baldwin, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, more
fully described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 8, thence
S87 ° 26'40 "E along north line of the NW 1/4 a distance of 651.42' to
the point of beginning. Thence continuing S87 ° 26.40 "E, 658.43' to
the northeast corner of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4; thence S0 ° 08' 29 "E
1326.06' to the southeast corner of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4;
Thence N87 ° 11'38 "W, 658.57'; Thence N0 ° 08'29 "W, 1323.18' to the
point of beginning. contains 20.00 acres subject to 107th Ave.
right -of -way. Also subject to any and all easements, right -of-
ways, restrictions or conveyances or record.
THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the above parcel is
rezoned from Agriculture to the A -2 District.
