REZONING LAND FROM
AGRICULTURE TO AG. -TWO (A -2)

WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining
to county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
St. Croix County Planning and Development Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning and Development
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of GARY
HALLEEN; with the following description:
A parcel of land located in the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and in
part of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4, all in Section 16, T31N-R17W,
town of Stanton, St. Croix County, Wisconsin; further as
follows:
Beginning at the NW corner of said Section 16; thence
easterly, along the north line of the NW 1/4 of said section,
2046.00 feet; thence southerly, parallel to the west line of said
NW 1/4, 425.81 feet; thence westerly, parallel to said north line
of the NW 1/4, 2046.00 feet to said west line of the NW 1/4; thence
northerly, along said west line, 425.81 feet to the point of
beginning. Parcel contains 20.0 acres.
THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now
rezoned from Agriculture to Ag. -Two (A -2) District.
