REZONING LAND FROM
Residential to Commercial
Ordinance No. 267 0i0
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors enacted
Ordinance No. 267(90) on Dec. 11, 1990; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 267(90) rezoned a parcel of land
owned by Dale & Jane Germain from Residential to Commercial; and
WHEREAS, the legal description of the parcel in Ordinance
No. 267(90) was incorrect; and
WHEREAS, the correct legal description of the parcel is:
A parcel of land located in the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and the
SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Sec. 4, T3ON -R19W, in the Township of
Somerset, St. Croix County, WI is further described as follows:
Beginning at the west quarter corner section of said section
4, that is westerly along the west line of the NW 1/4 824.5 feet
thence east 250 feet to the point of beginning, thence north 475
feet, more or less parallel with the west line of the NW 1/4
thence east 320 feet more or less to the right of said town road
490 feet more or less, to the north line of that parcel of land
which is described as exception #2 on Quit Claim Deed, Volume
778, page 398, thence westerly 330 feet more or less, to the
point of beginning. 3.4 acres more or less.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session that this Ordinance,
which amends Ordinance No. 267(90) by changing the legal
description of the parcel of land rezoned is hereby enacted.
