REZONING LAND FROM
Agricultural to Commercial
AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE NO._269(91)
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning, and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommend for rezoning requests to the County Board for action;
and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of
RICHARD & FREDERICK HEEBINK; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee recommends approval of the request to rezone the
following parcel from Agricultural to Commercial:
The West 865 feet of the North 1/2 of the Northwest
Fractional 1/4 of Section 7, Township 28 North, Range 16 West,
Town of Eau Galle, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, Excepting
therefrom, those lands described in Vol. 498, Page 336, Doc.
#316406 of St. Croix County Records, Excepting therefrom, the
South 2 rods of said parcel, Excepting therefrom, those lands
described in Vol. 573, Page 298, Doc. #348291 of St. Croix County
Records, Excepting therefrom, those lands described in Vol. 348,
Page 63, Doc. #253504 of St. Croix County Records. 24 acres more
or less.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the request for
rezoning is hereby approved and the above parcel is rezoned from
Agricultural to Commercial.

WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee

the following parcel from Ag.- Residential to Commercial:
The North 400 feet of the South 466 feet of the West 865
feet of the North 1/2 of the Northwest Fractional 1/4 of Section
76, Towhship 28 North, Range 16 West, Town of Eau Galle, St.
Croix County, Wisconsin, containing 7.94 acres, more or less.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the request for
rezoning is hereby approved and the above parcel is rezoned from
