REZONING LAND FROM
Ag. Residential to Residential
ORDINANCE NO. rq/}
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of
Laverne Anderson; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee recommends approval of the request to rezone the
following parcel from Ag.- Residential to Residential:
A parcel of land located in the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Sec.
25, T3ON -R20W, Town of St. Joseph, St. Croix County, WI, more
fully described as follows:
Commencing at the E 1/4 corner of said Sec. 25; thence
S0 along the East line of the SE 1/4 ad distance of
372.01' to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing S0 ° 47'54 "W
along said line 569.53'; Thence S89 ° 53'29 "W along the North line
of Lot 2 of the Certified Survey recorded in Volume 3 certified
Survey Maps, page 853 a distance of 744.43 "; Thence N33 ° 08'57 "W
along the northeasterly line of Lot 4 of said Certified Survey
Map a distance of 444.58'; Thence S89 ° 53'29 "W along the North
line of said Lot 4 a distance of 300.00' to a point on the West
line of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Sec. 25; Thence
N0 ° 54'03 "E along said line to the NW corner of said NE 1/4 of the
SE 1/4 a distance of 563.17'; Thence N89 along the North
line of said NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 a distance of 1058.82'; Thence
S0 ° 47'54W along the West line of Lot 1 of the Certified Survey
recorded in Volume 3 of Certified Survey Maps, page 853 a
distance of 372.01'; Thence N89 along the South line of I
said Lot 1 a distance of 233.01 to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Contains 22.23 acres subject to Highway right -of -way conveyances
of record and any and all additional easements, right -of -ways or
conveyances of record.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the request for
rezoning is hereby approved and the above parcel is rezoned from
Ag.- Residential to Residential.
