REZONING LAND FROM
Exclusive Ag. to Ag.- Residential
ORDINANCE NO. ,q (
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of
LEO ROHL; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks
Committee recommends approval of the following request to rezone
the following parcel from Exclusive Ag. to Ag.- Residential:
Part of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Sec. 12,
T28N -R19W, Town of Troy, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, more fully
described as follows: The West 222.40 feet of said Northeast 1/4
of the Southeast 1/4 lying South of the centerline of the town
road running Northeasterly through said Northeast 1/4 of the
Southeast 1/4 and also the East 191.40 feet of the West 413.80
feet of the South 265 feet of said Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast
1/4, containing 5.96 acres, more or less, being subject to
easement over Westerly and Northerly portion of said parcel for
town road purposes and also being subject to easements of record.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the request for
rezoning is hereby approved and the above parcel is rezoned from
Exclusive Ag. to Ag.- Residential.
