REZONING LAND FROM
Ag. Residential to Commercial
APPROVAL ORDINANCE NO. 01 6
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of
ALFRED & JANET ASCHEMAN; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks
Committee recommends approval of the request to rezone the
following parcel from Ag.Residential to Commercial:
Description of a parcel of land located at part of the
Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 19, T31N -R16W, Town
of Cylon, St. Croix County, further described as follows
Commencing on the North line of above described 40 and right
of way line of 46. South along highway 46 right of way 200 feet,
then west 500 feet, then south 100 feet, then west another 300
feet, then north 300 feet to North line of the Southeast quarter
of the Northeast quarter and east 800 feet to the point of
beginning. The acreage totaling 4.36 acres.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the request to
rezone the above parcel from Ag. Residential to Commercial is
hereby approved.
