ST. CROIX COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE

St. Croix County, Wisconsin
The St. Croix County Board cf Supervisors does hereby ordain as follows:
1. Add to sec. 17.13 AGRICULTURAL RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT, subpar. (6):
"(q) Bed and breakfast establishment, in compliance with § 50.50, Wisconsin Statutes."
2. Add to sec. 17.15 AGRICULTURAL RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT, subpar. (6):
"(r) Golf course and uses incidental to a golf course, including the limited serving of food
and beverages.
3. Add to sec. 17.13 RESIDENCE DISTRICT, subpar. (6): "(d) Home
occupation, pursuant to section 17.155."
4. Add to sec. 17.14 AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT, subpar. (6): "(i) Home
occupation, pursuant to sec. 17.155."
5. Add to sec. 17.15 AGRICULTURAL RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT, subpar. (6):
"(s) Home occupation, pursuant to sec. 17.155."
6. Add: "17.155 HOME OCCUPATION" (see attached).
7. Amend sec. 17.13(2) to read as follows: "(2) MINIMUM LOT AREA. (a)
Sewered Lots. Buildings or other parts of buildings hereafter erected or structurally altered
for single or 2 family dwelling purposes shall provide a lot area of not less than 12,750 sq.
ft. The proportion of depth in relation to width for such a lot shall not be in excess of 2 1/2
to one, depth to width."
8. The foregoing amendments are effective May 24, 1991.
