REZONING LAND FROM
Ag.- Residential to Agriculture
APPROVAL ORDINANCE NO. a 9 (9/)
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions , g public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of
LOWELL RIVARD; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Z and Parks
Committee recommends approval of the re
quest to rezone the
following parcel from Ag.- Residential to Agriculture:
Description of a parcel of land located at part of the
Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 12, T3ON -R2OW, Town
of Somerset. St. Croix County, further described as follows:
Commencing at the SE corner of said Section 12; thence S 89
34' 1 " W (assumed bearing referenced to East line of said SE 1/4
bea assumed North) 100.00' along the South line of said SE
1/4 to the point of beginning; thence continuing S 89 ° 34' 15" W
570.62' along said Section line; thence N 460.00'; thence N 89
35' 15" E 570.62'; thence South 460.00' to the point of
beginning. 5.62 Acres.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the request to
rezone the above parcel from Ag.- Residential to Agriculture is
hereby approved.
