REZONING LAND FROM
Ag.- Residential to Commercial
APPROVAL ORDINANCE NO. - ?g/ (q,)
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of
JAMES & LUANN RABOIN; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks
Committee recommends approval of the request to rezone the
following parcel from Ag.- Residential to Commercial:
Commencing at the SW corner of said Sec. 16, also being the
point of beginning of this description; thence N00 ° 00'00" E along
the West line of said Sec. 16, 396.00 feet; thence S 89 ° 29'53" E,
225,00 feet; thence S00 ° 00'00 "W, 396.00 feet to the South line of
said Sec. 16; thence N89 ° 29'53 "W, 225.00 feet to the point of
beginning. This parcel is subjct to Town Road easement on the
South and West and contain 2.04 acres including said easements.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the request to
rezone the above parcel from Ag.- Residential to Commercial is
hereby approved.
