WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of
DON MCVITTY; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks
Committee recommends approval of the request to rezone the
following parcel from Ag.- Residential to Commercial:
Beginning at the NW corner section 29, Star Prairie
Township, N 1/2, Sec. 29, T31N- R18W), Easterly 970 feet more or
less, to the center of St. Croix County C. Follow southwesterly
along center line of County Road C to intersection with center
line of 90th Street. Following center line of 90th street NW to
the point of beginning. Lot is 3 acres
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the request to
rezone the above parcel from Ag.- Residential to Commercial is
hereby approved.
