REZONING LAND FROM
Agriculture to Ag.- Residential
APPROVAL ORDINANCE NO. o: 3 0/ )
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County. Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of
TOM PIETSCH; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks
Committee recommends approval of the request to rezone the
following parcel from Agriculture to Ag.- Residential:
A parcel of land located in the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of
Section 5, T31N -R16W, Town of Cylon, St. Croix County, WI,
described as follows:
Commencing at the West quarter corner of Section 5; thence
South 88 degrees 57 minutes 02 seconds East 80.01 feet to the
Point of Beginning; (bearings referenced to the West line of the
Southwest quarter of Section 5, assumed North 00 degrees 06
minutes 52 seconds West) thence North 00 degrees 05 minutes 41
seconds East 1259.77 feet; thence South 89 degrees 11 minutes 12
seconds East 448 feet; thence South 00 degrees 05 minutes 41
seconds West 1261.62 feet; thence North 88 degrees 57 minutes 02
seconds West 448.06 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing
564,791 square feet (12.966 acres) more or less.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the request to
rezone the above parcel from Agriculture to Ag.- Residential is
hereby approved.
