HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 1991 (284) ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17, ST. CROIX COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE REZONING LAND FROM Agriculture to Ag.- Residential APPROVAL ORDINANCE NO. DI 4-(q/) WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee; and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for action; and WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of ERNA WEGGE; and WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee recommends approval of the request to rezone the following parcel from Agriculture to Ag.- Residential: A parcel of land located in part of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 and in part of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 all in Section 19, T3ON- R19W, Town of St. Joseph, St. Croix County, WI; further described as follows: Commencing at the E 1/4 corner of said Section 19; N88 ° 51'02 "W, along the east and west one - quarter line, 2591.20 feet; thence NO0 ° 16'23 "E, along the north and south one - quarter line, 44.76 feet to the point of beginning of this description; thence N87 ° 48'28 "W, along the northerly right -of -way of the town road, 28.00 feet; thence N01 ° 01'57 "E, 376.07 feet; thence S89 ° 43'37 "E 189.87 feet; thence S26 ° 27'14 "E, 169.82 feet; thence S89 "E, 138.68 feet to a point on the northwesterly right- of -way of the town road, said point being on a 327.00 foot radius curve concave northwesterly whose central angle measures 74 ° 02'03 ", whose chord bears S55 ° 10 "30.5 "W and measures 393.74 feet; thence southwesterly along the arc of said curve 422.53 feet to the point of tangency; thence N87 ° 48'28 "W, along the northerly right -of -way of the town road, 59.81 feet to the point of beginning. Subject to all easement of record. Parcel contains 2.49 acres. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the request to rezone the above parcel from Agriculture to Ag.- Residential is hereby approved.
