REZONING LAND FROM
Agriculture to Ag.- Residential
APPROVAL ORDINANCE NO. ? g 5 CV)
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of
ROGER SCHWARTZ; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks
Committee recommends approval of the request to rezone the
following parcel from Agriculture to Ag.- Residential:
A parcel of land located in part of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4
and part of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 (Gov't Lot 2) all in Sec.
36, T3ON -R17W, Town of Erin Prairie, St. Croix Co., WI further
described as follows: Commencing at the SE corner of Section 36;
thence N00 ° 36'47 "W along the East line of said Section 36,
1319.21 feet to the point of beginning, thence N89 ° 45'06 "E along
the South line of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4, 1310.93 feet; thence
S00 ° 37'37 "E along the East line of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4,
1316.76 feet; thence S89 ° 51'33 "W, along the South line of the SE
,1/4 655.32 feet; thence N00 ° 38'02 "W, 1381.53 feet; thence
,N89 ° 45'06 "E along a line 66 feet North and parallel to the North
line of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 and the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4,
1966.42 feet; thence S00 ° 36'47 "E along the East line of the SE
1/4, 66.01 feet to the point of beginning. This parcel contains
22.78 acres.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the request to
rezone the above parcel from Agriculture to Ag.- Residential is
hereby approved.
