REZONING LAND FROM
Ag.- Residential to Commercial
APPROVAL ORDINANCE NO. (7
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of
JOHN M.JOHNSTON and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks
Committee recommends approval of the request to rezone the
following parcel from Ag.- Residential to Commercial:
Part of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 29, T31N -R16W,
Town of Cylon, St. Croix County described as follows:
Commencing at the SE corner of'Said SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4;
thence N0 ° 36'W 1035.2 feet; thence N89 ° 24'W 294.55 feet; thence
S1 ° 4'W 1035.0 feet to the North line of State Trunk Highway "64 ";
thence S89 ° 24'E on said North line 324.55 feet to place of
beginning. Parcel contain approx. 7 acres.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the request to
rezone the above parcel from Ag.- Residential to Commercial is
hereby approved.
