Ex. Agriculture to Ag.- Residential

WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of
DENNIS A. JOHNSON; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks
Committee recommends approval of the request to rezone the
following parcel from Ex.- Agriculture to Ag.- Residential:
Part of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 18, T31N -R17W,
Town of Stanton, described as follows: Commencing at the
Southeast corner of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 18; thence
North on the quarter section line 60 rods; thence West 30 rods;
thence Southwesterly near the center of the lake to a point 75
rods West of the place of beginning; thence East to the place of
beginning. Parcel contains approx. 19.69 acres.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the request to
rezone the above parcel from Ex. Agriculture to Ag.-Residential
is hereby approved.
