WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of
DALE & JOYCE WOLF; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks
Committee recommends denial of the request to rezone the
- following parcel from Ag. Residential to Commercial:
Description of the recorded Land Contract, Document No.
424195, Book 774 and page 284: North 258 feet of South 324 feet
of East 337 feet of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 1,
Township 28 North, Range 17 West.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the request to
rezone the above parcel from Ag. Residential to Commercial is
hereby denied.
