REZONING LAND FROM
Ag. Residential to Commercial
DENIAL ORDINANCE NO. c 9' L 636
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of
DANIEL VANBEEK; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks
Committee recommends dennial of the request to rezone the
following parcel from Ag. Residential to Commercial:
That certain parcel of land located in the Southeast 1/4 of
the Southeast 1/4 of Section 24, T28N -R17W, Town of Rush River,
St. Croix County, Wisconsin, more fully described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 24, thence N
00 ° 09'40 "E (assumed bearing on the East line of the Southeast
1/4 of said Section 24) a distance of 100.00' to the POINT OF
BEGINNING of the parcel to be herein described; thence N
89 ° 50'20 "W 300.00'; thence N 00 ° 09'40 "E 215.00'; thence S
89 ° 50'20 "E 300.00'; thence S 00 ° 09'40 "W 215.00' on the East line
of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 24, to the POINT OF
BEGINNING, containing 1.481 acres, being subject to easement over
Easterly portions of said parcel of U.S.H. "63" R.O.W. purposes
as shown on this map and also being subject to easements of
record.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the request to
rezone the above parcel from Ag. Residential to Commercial is
hereby denied.
