REZONING LAND FROM
Agriculture to Ag.- Residential
APPROVAL ORDINANCE NO. ;R/
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of
EDWARD GERMAIN; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks
Committee recommends approval of the request to rezone the
following parcel from Agriculture to Ag.- Residential:
Description as follows:
A parcel of land located in the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Sec.
14, T31N -R19W, Town of Somerset, St. Croix County, Wisconsin.
Commencing at the SW corner of said Section 14; thence N2 ° 11'20 "E
(assumed bearing) 691.00' along the West line of said SW 1/4 and
the centerline of an existing town road to the point of
beginning; thence N2 ° 11'20 "E 404.65' along said West line of the
SW 1/4 and said centerline of existing town road; thence
S87 ° 48'40 "E 458.00 "; thence S2 ° 11'20 "W 404.65', thenee
N87 ° 48'40 "W 438.00' to the point of beginning. SUBJECT to as
easement for existing town road right -of -way on the West 33' of
said parcel. Parcel contains 4.07 acres, being 177,237 sq.
feet., more or less, including town road right -of -way and 3.76
acres, being 163,883 sq. feet, more or less, excluding town road
right -of -way.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE ST. CROIX COUNTY Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the request to
rezone the above parcel from Agriculture to Ag. Residential is
hereby approved.
