ORDINANCE NO. a 50 (9 6 �
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning, and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its
recommendations to the County Board for action, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties on the petition of Eugene &
Olive Terpstra: and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee recommends approval for the rezonement from
Agricultural to Ag.- Residential the following:
A parcel of land located in part of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4
of Section 8, T28N -R16W, Town of Eau Galle, St. Croix County,
Wisconsin, further described as follows; Commencing at the S 1/4
corner of said Section 8; thence S87 ° 59'32 "E 1080.45 feet along
the south line of said SE 1/4 to the point of beginning of this
description; thence continuing S87 ° 59'32 "E 237.91 feet along
said line; thence NO2 ° 47'45 "W 367.48 feet along the east line
of said SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4; thence N87 ° 59'32 "W 237/91 feet'
thence S02 ° 47'45 "E 367.48 feet to the point of beginning.
Subject to right -of -way for C.T.H. "N" as shown on this map and
all other easements of record.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the above parcel
is rezoned from Agriculture to Ag.- Residential the St. Croix
County Zoning Ordinance is thereby amended.
