AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 17 ST. CROIX COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE
REZONING LAND FROM
Agricultural to Ag. Residential
ORDINANCE NO. 4 3 CF b)
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning, and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its
recommendations to the County Board for action, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties on the petition of Joseph M.
Gillen: and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee recommends approval for the rezonement from
Agricultural to Ag. Residential:
A parcel of land located in the Southeast quarter of the
Southeast quarter of Section 33, Township 31 North, Range 16
West, Town of Cylon, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, described as
follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Section 33: thence
North 89 degrees 50 minutes 50 seconds West 519.61 feet to the
Point of Beginning; thence North 89 degrees 50 minutes 50 seconds
West, )bearings assumed) 365.84 feet; thence North 00 degrees 09
minutes 10 seconds East 335.75 feet; thence South 82 degrees 47
minutes 10 seconds East 376.59 feet; thence South 01 degree 39
minutes 49 seconds West 289.57 feet to the Point of Beginning,
115,727 square feet (2.657 acres) more or less, and being subject
to all easements, restrictions and covenants of record.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the above parcel
is rezoned with conditions from Agricultural to Ag. Residential
the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance is thereby amended.
