CROIX COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE REZONING LAND FROM Agricultural to Commercial ORDINANCE NO. 49)5 t 7 0 ) WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning, and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee, and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its recommendations to the County Board for action, and WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee has fulfilled its duties on the petition of Andrew Rudesill: and WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee recommends approval for the rezonement from Agricultural to Commercial: The East 278.00 feet of the West 605.00 feet of the South 314.00 feet of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 35, Township 28 North, range 17 West, Town of Rush River, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, containing 2.00 acres, more or less, being subject to easement over Southerly portions of said parcel for C.T.H. "YY" R.O.W. purposes and also being subject to easements of record. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the above parcel is rezoned from Agricultural to Commercial the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance is thereby amended.
