AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 17 ST. CROIX COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE
REZONING LAND FROM
Residential to Commercial

WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning, and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its
recommendations to the County Board for action, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties on the petition of Kraig K.
Krampert: and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee recommends approval for the rezonement from
Residential to Commercial:
A parcel of land located in the Northeast quarter of the
Northwest quarter of Section 20, Township 29 North, Range 17
West, Town of Hammond, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, described as
follows:
Commencing at the North quarter corner of Section 20; thence
S 89 ° 51'43 "W 1313.49' along the North line of the Northwest
quarter of said Section 20, (bearings assumed); Thence
S00 ° 13'20 "E 233.26' to the Point of Beginning; thence N89 ° 51'43 "E
- 407.14'; thence S00 ° 08'17 "W 200.42'; thence S89 ° 51'43W 406.85';
thence N00 ° 13'20W 200.42' to the Point of Beginning, containing
81,572 square feet (1.873 acres) more or less.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the above parcel
is rezoned from Residential to Commercial the St. Croix
County Zoning Ordinance is thereby amended.
