AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 17 ST. CROIX COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE
REZONING LAND FROM
Commercial to Ag- Residential
ORDINANCE NO. il-
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning, and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its
recommendations to the County Board for action, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties on the petition of Kirk and
Joan Hexum; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee recommends approval for the rezonement from Commercial
to Ag- Residential the following:
Commencing at the West 1/4 corner of said Section 12; thence
N00 ° 49'39 "E along the West line of the NW 1/4, 1036.82 feet to
the point of beginning of this description; thence continuing N00°
49'39 "E along said West line of the NW 1/4, 254.92 feet; thence
S89 ° 31'17 "E along the southerly R.O.W. line of C.T.H. "H ", 230.11
feet to a point of curvature of a curve concaved southerly and
having a central angle of 06 and a radius of 1088.40 feet,
thence easterly, 120.10 feet along the arc of the curve, the
chord of which bears S86 ° 21'37 "E 120.04 feet, said arc also being
the aforesaid southerly R.O.W. line of C.T.H. "H ", thence 500
40'33 "W parallel with the West line of the NW 1/4, 231.22; thence
N88 33'00 "W 152 feet; thence S56 02'12 "W 41.33'; thence N88
13'35 "W 164.09' to the point of beginning. Parcel contains
86,066 sq. feet (1.98 acres) and is subject to right -of -way for
C.T.H. "C" and all other easements of record.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the above parcel
is rezoned from Commercial to Ag- Residential the St. Croix County
Zoning Ordinance is thereby amended.
