WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning, and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its
recommendations to the County Board.for action, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties on the petition of George
Weilvers: and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee recommends approval for the rezonement from
Exclusive Ag. to Ag.- Residential the following:
A part of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section Eighteen
(18), Township Twenty -Nine North (T29N), Range Sixteen West
(R16W), Town of Baldwin, County of St. Croix, State of Wisconsin,
more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest (SW) corner of said Section
Eighteen (18); Thence N00 ° 29'43 "W. 99.00 feet; Thence S87°
52'13 "E, 132.00 feet; Thence N00° 29'43 "W, 142 feet; Thence N29°
20'07 "W, 33.96 feet; Thence S87° 52'13'E, 237 feet; Thence S87°
52'13 "E 75.00 feet; Thence N00° 29'43 "W, 237 feet; Thence M87
52'13 "W. 75.00 feet to the point of beginning.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the above parcel
is rezoned from Exclusive Ag. to Ag.- Residential the St. Croix
County Zoning Ordinance is thereby amended.
