Agricultural to Ag- Residential

WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning, and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its
recommendations to the County Board for action, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties on the petition of Joseph &
Gladys Persico: and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee recommends approval for the rezonement from
Agricultural to Ag- Residential the following:
A parcel of land being part of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and
the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 31, T28N -R19W, Town of Troy,
St. Croix County, Wisconsin more fully described as follows:
Beginning at the W 1/4 corner of said Section 31; Thence N1°
23'53 "E 1316.57 feet to the North line of the S 1/2 of said
section 31; Thence N88° 23'12 "W 2516.04 feet to the NE corner of
the SE1 /4 of the NW 1/4; Thence S1 ° 42'48 "W 370.00 feet; Thence
N88 23'12 "W 500 feet to a point on the North -South quarter
section line; Thence S1 °42'48:W along said line 502.75 feet to
the center of said section 31; Thence 88 °32'32 "W along the south
line of the NW 1/4 2508.82 feet to the point of beginning.
Seventy point seven three (70.73) acres subject C.T.H. "F"
right-of-way.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the above parcel
is rezoned from Agriculture to Ag- Residential the St. Croix
County Zoning Ordinance is thereby amended.
