UNLAWFULLY AIDING OR HARBORING A JUVENILE

The St. Croix County Board of Supervisors does hereby ordain
as follows:
Section 1. No person shall intentionally aid or encourage a
child under the age of 19 years who is subject to the jurisdiction
of the Juvenile Court to abscond or to violate a term or condition
of a jurisdictional order or court - ordered supervision.
Section 2. No person shall harbor or aid a child under the

parent(s), guardian or legal custodian.
Section 3. Any person convicted of a violation of this
ordinance shall forfeit not less than $50.00 and not more than
$500.00, plus costs.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect the day after
publication.
