REZONING LAND FROM
Ag.- Residential to Commercial

WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning, and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its
recommendations to the County Board for action, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties on the petition of Paul Sher:
and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee recommends approval for the rezonement from
Ag. Residential to Commercial:
A parcel of land located in part of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4
and in part of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 all in section 4, T3ON-
R19W, Town of Somerset, St. Croix County, Wisconsin; described as
follows: Commencing at the N 1/4 corner of said section 4, said
corner also being the point of beginning of this description;
thence N89 ° 44'06 "W 93.00 feet along the north line of said NW 1/4
thence S28 ° 27'59 "W 244.08 feet to the northerly right -of -way of
the Town Road being a 368.31 foot radius curve concave
southwesterly whose central angle measures 32 ° 14'37" and whose
chord bears S53 ° 57'21.5 "E and measures 204.54 feet; thence
southeasterly along the arc of said curve and right -of -way 207.27
feet; thence N62 ° 20'37 "E 152.76 feet along the northerly right -
of -way of S.T.H. "35" and "64" to the point of curvature of a
3404.04 foot radius curve concave southeasterly whose central
angle measures 7 ° 23'11" and whose chord bears N66 ° 02'12.5"E and
measures 438.84 feet to the southerly right -of -way of the Soo
Line Railroad being a 6200.51 foot radius curve concave
southwesterly whose central angle measures 3 ° 15'06" and whose
chord bears N76 ° 03 1 21 w " and measures 351.85 feet; thence
Northwesterly along the arc of said curve and right -of -way 351.89
feet; thence N89 ° 44'06 "W 150.62 feet along the north line of said
NE 1/4 to the point of beginning. Parcel contains 2.87 acres and
is subject to all easement of record.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the above parcel
is rezoned from Ag.- Residential to Commercial the St. Croix
County Zoning Ordinance is thereby amended.
