REZONING LAND FROM
Exclusive Ag. to Ag. Residential
ORDINANCE NO. c ( )
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning, and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its
recommendations to the County Board for action, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties on the petition of Duclos
Farms Inc.: and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee recommends approval for the rezonement from
Exclusive Ag. to Ag. Residential:
More fully described as follows; Commencing at the South
east corner of said Section 21, the Point of Beginning, of the
parcel to be herein described; thence S 88 ° 57'03 "W 2740.74' on
the South line of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 21, to the
centerline of a town road; thence N 02 ° 23'07 "W 279,97' on said
centerline; thence Northerly on said centerline on a tangential
curve concave to the East, having a radius of 2030.22', whose
chord bears N 04 ° 10'20 "E a distance of 463.70'; thence
northwesterly on said centerline on a non - tangential curve
concave to the West, having a radius of 1243.13', whose chord
bears N 10 ° 42'55 "W a distance of 633.95; thence N 64 ° 30'44 "E
133.00'; thence Easterly on a curve concave to the South, having
a radius of 470.00', whose chord bears S 72 ° 51'37.5 "E a distance
of 636.59'; thence N 88 ° 50'46 "E 1800.78'; thence S 01 ° 44'40 "E
(recorded bearing on the East line of the Southeast 1/4 of said
Section 21) a distance of 1226.32' to the Point of Beginning,
containing 71.906 acres, being subject to easement over Westerly
portions of said parcel for town road purposes as now traveled
and also being subject to easements of record.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the above parcel
is rezoned from Exclusive Ag. to Ag. Residential the St. Croix
County Zoning Ordinance is thereby amended.
