REZONING LAND FROM
Ag- Residential to Residential
ORDINANCE NO. a;50 (
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning, and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its
recommendations to the County Board for action, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties on the petition of Mary
LaFavor: and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee recommends approval for the rezonement from
Ag.- Residential to Residential:
That certain parcel of land located in the Northeast 1/4 of
the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of
Section 35, Township 28 North, Range 17 West, Town of Rush River,
St. Croix County, Wisconsin, more fully described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the East /West 1/4 line of said
Section 35 and the centerline of C.T.H. "YY ", the POINT OF
BEGINNING, of the parcel to be herein described; thence
Southerly on the centerline of said C.T.H. "YY ", a distance of
50.00'; thence Westerly parallel to the East /West 1/4 line of
said Section 35, a distance of 280.00'; thence Easterly parallel
to said East /West 1/4 line to the centerline of C.T.H. "YY ";
thence Southerly on the centerline of C.T.H. "Y" to the POINT OF
BEGINNING, containing 1.8 acres, more or less, being subject to
easements of record.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the above parcel
is rezoned from Ag.- Residential to Residential the St. Croix
County Zoning Ordinance is thereby amended.
