AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 17 ST. CROIX COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE
REZONING LAND FROM
Exclusive Ag. to Ag.- Residential

WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning, and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its
recommendations to the County Board for action, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties on the petition of Farm Credit
Services: and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee recommends approval for the rezonement from
Exclusive Ag. to Ag. Residential:
A parcel of land located in the SE 1/4 of said Section 11:
Thence West along the South line of the SW 1/4 a distance of
1215.30'; thence N0 ° 22'27 "E 466.14'; Thence N36 ° 55'47 "E 920.56';
Thence East 660.00' to the point on the North -South Quarter
Section Line of said Section 11; Thence S0 ° 02'10 "W along said
line a distance of 1202.00" to the point of beginning.
Contains 28.81 acres subject to 160th Ave. right -of -way over
the southerly. 33' thereof. Also subject to any and all
additional easements, right -of -ways or conveyances of record.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the above parcel
is rezoned from Exclusive Ag. to Ag.- Residential the St. Croix
County Zoning Ordinance is thereby amended. nn----
