AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 17 ST. CROIX COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE
REZONING LAND FROM
Ag.- Residential to Commercial

WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning, and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its
recommendations to the County Board for action, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties on the petition of Paul &
Thelma Willink: and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee recommends approval for the rezonement from
Ag- Residential to Commercial:
Certified Survey Map document number 339692, Volume 2, Page
360, Lot 1. Part of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Sec. 6, T28N-
R16W, Town of Eau Galle, St. Croix County.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the above parcel
is rezoned from Ag.- Residential to Commercial the St. Croix
County Zoning Ordinance is thereby amended.
