AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 17 ST. CROIX COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE
REZONING LAND FROM
Ag.- Residential to Commercial
ORDINANCE NO. 4 ec (co)
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning, and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its
recommendations to the County Board for action, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties on the petition of Arthur &
Mary Jane Mugerauer: and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee recommends approval for the rezonement from
Ag. Residential to Commercial:
Southeast corner of Highways 63 & 64 in the Town of Cylon,
St. Croix County, Wisconsin; Commencing at the center of the
intersection of Highway 64 and Highways 46 and 63; thence East
500 feet; thence South 500 feet; thence in a Southwesterly
direction to a point which is 678 feet South of the place of
beginning; thence North to the place of beginning, all located in
the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4, NW 1/4)
of Section 32, Township 31 North of Range 16 West.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the above parcel
is rezoned from _ Ag.- Residential the St. Croix
County Zoning Ordinance is thereby amended. 7 C 61-11m er c. ct I
