AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 17 ST. CROIX COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE
REZONING LAND FROM
Ag.- Residential to Commercial
ORDINANCE NO. ; ft S (4 0 )
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning, and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its
recommendations to the County Board for action, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties on the petition of Robert
Cook: and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee recommends approval for the rezonement from
Ag.- Residential to Commercial:
A parcel of land located in part of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4
of Section 21, T31N -R18W, Town of Star Prairie, St. Croix County,
Wisconsin; further described as follows; Commencing at the W 1/4
corner of said section 21; thence S 89 ° 05'40 "E 1561.08 feet
along the south line of said NW 1/4 to the point of beginning of
this description; thence continuing S89 ° 05;40 "E 417.63 feet along
said line; thence N01 ° 24'58 "E 416.14 feet along the west line of
a 66 foot wide Private Road Easement as described on Certified
Survey Map volume ,page ; thence B89 ° 10'57W 4422.92 feet;
thence S02 ° 04'07 "E 416.00 feet along the east line of Certified
Survey Map volume 8, page 2218 to the point of beginning.
Subject to right -of -way for C.T.H. "C" and all other easement of
record. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the St. Croix
County Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the
above parcel is rezoned from Ag.- Residential to Commercial
the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance is thereby amended.
