AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 17 ST. CROIX COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE
REZONING LAND FROM
Ag. Residential to Commercial
ORDINANCE NO. 4, le (9 D)
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning, and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its
recommendations to the County Board for action, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties on the petition of Kenneth
Olson; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee recommends approval for the rezonement from
Ag. Residential to Commercial:
A parcel of land located in part of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4
and in part of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4, all in Section 21, T31N-
R18W, Town of Star Prairie, St. Croix county, Wisconsin; further
described as follows; Commencing at the W 1/4 corner of said
Sec. 21; thence S 89 ° 05'40 "E, along the south line of the NW 1/4
of Se. 21, 1112.08 feet to the point of beginning of this
description; thence continuing S89 ° 05'40 "E, along said south
line, 449.00 feet; thence NO2 ° 04'07 "W, 416.00 feet; thence
N89 ° 10'57 "W. 391/87 feet' thence S05 ° 48'11 "W. 416/36 feet to the
point of beginning. Above described parcel is subject to right -
of -way for County Truck Highway "C ".
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the above parcel
is rezoned from Ag. Residential to Commercial the St. Croix
County Zoning Ordinance is thereby amended.
