Residential ORDINANCE NO. a C/ 6 WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning, and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee, and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its recommendations to the County Board for action, and WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee has fulfilled its duties on the petition of GERALD & PATRICIA PURFEERST; and WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee recommends approval for the rezonement from Exclusive Ag. to Ag. Residential the following: That certain parcel of land located in the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 12, Township 28N, Range 19 West, Town of Troy, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, more fully described as follows; Commencing at the South 1/4 corner of said Section 12, thence N 00°18'04"W (assumed bearing on the North /South 1/4 line of said Section 12) a distance of 1322.58' to the POINT OF BEGINNING, of the parcel to be herein described; thence continue on said line N 00° 18'04 "W 246.27 "; thence Easterly on the centerline of a town road, on a curve concave to the North, having a radius of 1057.00', whose chord bears N 84 40'56.5 "E 236.61'; thence continue Northeasterly on said centerline, on a curve concave to the North, haveing a radius of 916.40', whose chord bears N 66 28'22 "E 374.28'; thence continue on said centerline N 53 ° 41'22 "E 562.93'; thence continue Northeasterly on said centerline, on a curve concave to the South, having a radius of 1713.18', whose chord bears N 59 ° 42'44 "E 299.98'; thence S 00° 36'04 "E 876.43' on the East line of said Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4; thence S 89 °12'53 "W 1305.18' on the South line of said Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 14.800 acres, being subject to easement over portions of said parcel for town road purposes as shown on said map and also being subject to easements of record.
