CROIX COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE REZONING LAND FROM Commercial to Industrial ORDINANCE NO. �U) WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning, and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee, and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its recommendations to the County Board for action, and WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee has fulfilled its duties on the petition of Gary and Sharon Rothe; and WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee recommends approval for the rezonement from Commercial to Industrial the following: Commencing at the E 1/4 corner of said Section; thence S89° 56'20 "W along the E -W 1/4 Section Line 55.00' to the westerly right -of -way line of S.T.H. "65 "; thence SO °37'40 "E along said line 430.00' to the point of beginning; thence continuing SO 37'40 "E 215.00'; there s89° 56'20 "W 660.00'; thence NO ° 37'40 "W 215.00'; thence N89 °56'20 "E 660.00' to the point of beginning. Said parcel contains 3.26 acres and is subject to an easement for ingress and egress purposes being described. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the above parcel is rezoned from Commercial to Industrial the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance is thereby amended.
