REZONING LAND FROM
Ag- Residential to Commercial
ORDINANCE NO.
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning, and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its
recommendations to the County Board for action, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties on the petition of Kirk and
Joan Hexum; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee recommends approval for the rezonement from Ag-
Residential to Commercial the following:
A parcel of land located in the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of
Section 12, T31N -R18W, Town of Star Prairie, St. Croix County
Wisconsin, further described as follows:
Commencing at the West 1/4 corner of said Section 12; thence
N00 °49'39 "E along the West line of the NW 1/4 269.50 feet to the
point of beginning of this description; thence continuing N00°
49'39"E along said West Line of the NW 1/4, 767.32 feet; thence
S88 °13'35 "E 164.09 feet; thence N56 02'12 "E 41.33 feet; thence S
88°33'00"E 152 feet thence N89 03'15W 350 feet to. the point of
beginning. Parcel contains 271,818 sq. ft. (6.24 acres) and is
subject to rignt -of -way for C.T.H. "C" and all other easements of
record.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the above parcel
is rezoned from Ag- Residential to Commercial the St. Croix County
Zoning Ordinance is thereby amended.
