The St. Croix County Board of Adjustment conducted a public
hearing on June 25, 1985 to consider the request of A. Hamid Khan
for a special exception use, Article 3.12 5.7, Lot line setback,
ST. CROIX COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE.
The St. Croix County Board of Adjustment conducted an on-site
inspection of the site in question.
After inspection, the St. Croix County Board of Adjustment
entered an Executive Session to discuss the request.
After returning to open session, the following decision was
rendered:
Motion by Supervisor Stephens to approve the request of
A. Hamid Khan as the construction causes no interference with
neighbors or River view. Seconded by Kelly. Motion carried. Vote
to approve:
Kelly, yes;
Meinke, yes;
Stephens, yes.
All variances approved must be acted on or constructed within

one (1) year from date of approval or they shall be null and void.

From the northeas' corner of Gov. Lot 29 Section 27, T 30 N, R 20 W,
St. Croix County, Wisconsin go 1275.14 feet West and 605.86 feet
South to point of beginning for parcel to be herein described; Thence
S 70 04' W a distance of 76.30 feet; thence 350 36' W 6 distance of
75.00 feet; thence S 850 12' W a distance of 284.25 feet; thence
N 180 19' W a distance of 12.00 feet; thence N 10 45' W a distance of
111.10 f eot; thence N 70 22' E a distance of 33.70 feet; thence
N 860 31' E a distance of 303.52 feet to point of beginning, the above
described parcel containing 1.04 acres, more or less, and subject to
an easement for travel over a 66 foot wide road easement extending
from the above described parcel eastward to S.I.H. #64 right-of-way.
