HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 1989 (230) r . i' , ORDINANCE RECOMMENDING APPROVAL FOR REZONEMENT OF LAND TO AG- RESIDENTIAL FROM AGRICULTURAL ORDINANCE NO. �,3®(.BQ) WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning, and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee, and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its recommendations to the County Board for action, and WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee has fulfilled its duties on the petition of EUGENE ZWALD. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee recommends approval for the rezonement to Ag- Residential from Agricultural the following: A parcel of land being a part of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 23, T29N -R16W, Town of Baldwin, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the southeast corner of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 23; Thence due west along the south line of said SW 1/4 a distance of 843.91 feet to the point of beginning; Thence continuing due west along said south line a distance of 36.67 feet to the Southeast corner of Certified Survey Map No. 1186 of the St. Croix County Registry; Thence N 02 07'29" W along east line of said Certified Survey Map a distance of 950.49 feet to the Northeast corner thereof; Thence due west along north line of said map a distance of 271.27 feet to the Northwest corner thereof; Thence S 02 07'29 "E along west line of said map a distance of 620.49 feet; Thence due west a distance of 187.06 feet to the west line of the SE 1/4 of said SW 1/4; Thence N 02 ° 07'29 "W, along said west line a distance of 984.80 feet to the NW 1/4 of said SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4; Thence N 89 along north line of said SE 1/4 of SW 1/4 a distance of 495.00 feet; Thence S 02 "E, a distance of 1315.30 feet to the point of beginning. Said described parcel contains 331,165 square feet, more or less, or 7.60 acres. -, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, the the St. Croix County Board consider the said recommendations as presented and take action for the adoption of the same.
