AGRICULTURE TO AG- RESIDENTIAL
ORDINANCE NO. 2 $ 1 (i _`)
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning, and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its
recommendations to the County Board for action, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties on the petition of JOSEPH
LEWINSKI AND JAN M. LEWINSKI.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the Comprehensive
Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee recommends approval for the
rezonement from Agricultural to Ag- Residential the following:
A parcel of land located in the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and in
the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of section 27, T28N -R19W, Town of Troy,
more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the East
1/4 corner of said section 27; thence S 89° 20'30 "W (assumed
bearing on the East /West 1/4 line of said Section 27) a distance
of 2632.25' to the POINT OF BEGINNING, of the parcel to be herein
described; thence S 89 20'30 "W 250.52' on said East /West 1/4
line; thence N 01 0 33'10 "E 1001.43'; thence N 89 °50'44 "E 228.90'
on the centerline of a town road; thence S 00 19'02 "W 998.82' on
the North /South 1/4 line of said Section 27, to the POINT OF
BEGINNING, containing 5.502 acres; and also, Commencing at said
East 1/4 corner, the above described point of commencement;
thence S 89° 20'30 "W (assumed bearing on the East /West 1/4 line
of said Section 27) a distance of 2882.77'; thence N 01 °33'10 "E
1001.43'; thence S 89 °50'44 "W 660.43' to the POINT OF BEGINNING,
of the parcel to be herein described; thence Westerly on the
centerline of a town road, on a curve concave to the South,
having a radius of 285.50', whose chord bears S 67 02'52 "W a
distance of 221.25'; thence S 44 15'00 "W 527.89' on said
centerline; thence Westerly on said centerline, on a curve
concave to the North, having a radius of 309.91', whose chord
bears S 65 °25'00 "W a distance of 223.81'; thence S 86° 35'00 "W
178.00' on said centerline; thence Westerly on said centerline,
on a curve concave to the South, having a radius of 795.16',whose
whose chord bears S 85 °29'46 "W a distance of 30.18'; thence N 00
17'40 "E 868.37'; thence N 89 °18'20 "E 978.16' on the North line of
the South 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 27; thence S0°
09'16 "E 309.73' to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 14.413
acres.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that the St. Croix
County Board consider the said recommendations as presented and

take action for the adoption of the same.
