WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has establi

WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its
recommendations to the County Board for action, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties on the petition of ALAN
KRAFT AND DENISE BLACKWELL- KRAFT.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the Comprehensive
Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee recommends approval for the
rezonement to Agricultural from Ag Residential the following:
A parcel of land located in the SE of the NE and the NW of
the NE and the SW of the NE and the NE of the NE of Section 33,
T28N -R17W, Town of Pleasant Valley.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that the St. Croix
County Board consider the said recommendations as presented and
take action for the adoption of the same.
