AG RESIDENTIAL FROM AGRICULTURAL

WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning, and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its
recommendations to the County Board for action, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties on the petition of JAMES E.
SCHREINER AND RICHARD O'CONNELL.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the Comprehensive
Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee recommends approval for the
rezonement to Ag- Residential from Agricultural the following:
A parcel of land of 2.01 acres located in the NW 1/4 of the
NW 1/4 of Section 12, T28N -R19W, Town of Troy, St. Croix County,
Wisconsin, more fully described as follows: Commencing at the NW
corner of Section 12; Thence S0 ° 59'41 "W along the West line of
the NW 1/4 a distance of 1072.85'; Thence S 89 37.87' to
a point on the easterly right -of -way line of C.T.H. "U ", said
point also being the point of beginning; Thence continuing S 89
51'50 "E 350.00'; Thence S 1 ° 03'17 "W 250.00'; Thence N 89 ° 51'50 "W
350.00' to a point on the easterly right -of -way line of C.T.H.
"U "; Thence N 1 along said right -of -way line a distance
of 250.00' to the point of beginning.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, the the St. Croix
County Board consider the said recommendations as presented and
take action for the adoption of the MA. same.
