HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 1989 (229) ORDINANCE RECOMMENDING APPROVAL FOR REZONEMENT OF LAND TO RESIDENTIAL FROM AG- RESIDENTIAL ORDINANCE NO. c a 9 (8 9) WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning, and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee, and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its recommendations to the County Board for action, and WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee has fulfilled its duties on the petition of EUGENE ZWALD. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee recommends approval for the rezonement to Residential from Ag- Residential the following: A parcel of land being a part of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 and part of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 23, T29N -R16W, Town of Baldwin, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the southeast corner of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 23; Thence due west along the south line of said SW 1/4, a distance of 1404.91 feet to the point of beginning; Thence continuing due west along said south line a distance of 330.00 feet. Thence N 02 "W, a distance of 330.00 feet. Thence due east a distance of 583.06 feet to the west line of Certified Survey Map No. 1186 of the St. Croix County Registry; Thence S 02 ° 07'29 "E, along said west line a distance of 82.50 feet'; Thence due west a distance of 253.06 feet; Thence S 02 ° 07 1 29 "E, a distance of 247.50 feet to the point of beginning. Said described parcel contains 129,688 square feet, more or less, or 2.98 acres. 9 -� NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, the the St. Croix County Board consider the said recommendations as presented and take action for the adoption of the samq.
