RESIDENTIAL FROM AG- RESIDENTIAL

WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning, and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its
recommendations to the County Board for action, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties on the petition of EUGENE
ZWALD.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the Comprehensive
Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee recommends approval for the
rezonement to Residential from Ag- Residential the following:
A parcel of land of 5 acres located as follows: Commencing
at the southeast corner of the SW 1/4 of Said Section 23, T29N-
R16W, Town of Baldwin; Thence due west along the south line of
said SW 1/4, a distance of 1038.24 feet to the point of
beginning; Thence N 02 07'29" W, along the east line of said
Survey Map, a distance of 330.00 feet to the northeast corner
thereof; Thence due west along the north line of said Survey Map,
a distance of 660.00 feet to the northwest corner thereof; Thence
S 02 07'29" E, along the west line of said Survey Map, a distance
of 330.00 feet; Thence due east along said south line, a distance
of 660.00 feet to the point of beginning.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that the St. Croix
County Board consider the said recommendations as presented and
take action for the adoption of the same.
