AG- RESIDENTIAL FROM COMMERCIAL
ORDINANCE NO. 4 4 D (ei)
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for
Planning and Zoning Committee to actin all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning, and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its
recommendations to the County Board for action, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties on the petition of STEVE
MARTELL.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the Comprehensive.
Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee recommends approval for the
rezonement to Ag- Residential from Commercial the following:
A parcel of land of approximately 2.6 acres located in part
of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of
Section 4, T3ON -R19W, Town of Somerset.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, the the St. Croix
County Board consider the said recommendations as presented and
take action for the adoption of the same.
