HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 1989 (221) ORDINANCE RECOMMENDING APPROVAL FOR REZONEMENT OF LAND TO AG- RESIDENTIAL FROM AGRICULTURAL ORDINANCE NO. i Ce e 0 WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning, and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee, and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its recommendations to the County Board for action, and WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee has fulfilled its duties on the petition of EARL AND HELEN NELSON. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee recommends approval for the rezonement to Ag- Residential from Agricultural the following: A parcel of land located in the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 33, T28N -R19W, Town of Troy, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, more fully described as follows: Commencing at the South 1/4 corner of said Section 33, thence N 63 ° 33'13 "E 1457.63' to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence N 88 486.89'; thence N 00 53'27 "E 262.99'; thence N 9&00 486.89'; thence S 0&52'50"W 273.63' on the centerline of Glendale Drive to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 2.999 acres, being subject to easement over the Easterly 33 thereof for town road R.O.W purposes and also being subject to easements of record. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, the the St. Croix County Board consider the said recommendations as presented and take action for the adoption of the same.
